A self-made salad buffet at the Archstoyanie Festival - Made in Zvizzchi 2013.

We have a stall at the festival Archstoyanie - and over 4000 people will visit the art, architecture and landscape park where it takes place. Zvizzhi is just 4 km away from the festival side. So a good occasion to start the Made in Zvizzhi Shop advertising for the village products and to promote our brand new village postcards. Some have been enlarged on oilcloth and hang in the village and in the festival stall.

Our aim during the festival is to point out the village of Zvizzhi and its products. We make lots of friends simply by offering them some salad. Everyone gets a taste and there is a chef on hand who gives great tips for dressings. The pesto dressing seems to be the favourite. People come back for it. We ask the salad bar for a donation to the school garden so that it can be kept going for another year and point out that the Made in Zvizzchi Shop is opened and can be visited by car.
