The new Honest Shop is part of Grizedale Arts' involvement in developing the Coniston Institute. The shop has been designed by An Endless Supply from Birmingham, and continues the making and setting up of Honesty Stalls by other artists in the past.
Everything is made locally and the shop stocks frozen meat, ready meals, flowers, knitwear, soap, duck memorials, vegetable, books, ginger biscuits ... you name it.
The shop is open every day.
Suppliers to the shop include Dot Eccles, Audrey Grisedale, Diana Munton, Gill Smout, Anne Hall, Sam Clarke, Coniston Institute Youth Group, The Green Housekeeper, Grizedale Arts, Peter Hodgson and many many more.
