The shop consists of many different shops across rural and urban settings. The individual shop can be permanent or temporary. Forms of trade and currencies are set by each shopkeeper.

Fernando is setting up a one day shop for Sunday 24th October in Madrid, as part of the Inland Symposium. See e mail from Fernando: " I am organising an new installation- intervention soziale plastik: bring 12 artisan cheese makers with 12 stalls, in the street near retiro park in front of second hand booksellers stalls, they will exchange also books for cheese, agri-culture, and I will also curate some artists to bring their work together with the cheesemakers, selling together."
