During the exibition "10.000 Hours" a temporary International Village Shop will be set up in the book shop of the Museum Thurgau, trading our travelling products from across the network and selected produce from the region.

The Museum is situated in a former Carthusian Monestary, which is now run as a foundation and still works the extensive agricultural and agroforestry estate.

Besides presenting the International Village Shop as a format for cultural production and exchange within an art context, the temporary shop will also be used to introduce the idea of a collaborative new product development to the community who works on the estate. A new product will be developed over the summer, to be launched together with a permament version of the shop later in June 2013.
